Filing an Appeal:

The Tax Appeals Commission does not accept electronic appeals. Appeals must be filed in writing.

NOTICE: Still Open!

Although the DOA Building at 101 E. Wilson is temporarily closed, you can still deliver Tax Appeals Petitions in person if necessary. Building security has a procedure to accept hand delivery on our behalf from 7:45am-4:30pm.
